2. Terms of Service
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including stock availability, payment verification, or compliance requirements. Prices and product details may change without notice.

3. Product Description & Quality
All products are handmade using natural materials such as marble, sandstone, or mixed stone composites. Each piece is unique, and small variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These natural characteristics are part of the charm of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

4. Shipping Policy
We currently deliver to Hong Kong, the United States, and European Union countries. Orders to these regions are shipped from our local partner warehouses. For all other destinations, orders are shipped via DHL Express. Customers outside these regions should provide a complete address before confirming the order so that shipping fees can be calculated accurately.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery: Hong Kong 3–7 business days; United States 5–10 business days; European Union 7–15 business days; Other regions via DHL 10–20 business days.

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. RockArt Furnishings INC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import fees.

We do not ship to regions under U.S. or E.U. sanctions, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. Orders from these regions will be cancelled and refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated period, please contact serve@rockartfurnishings.store within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number, tracking ID, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. The buyer must contact our support team before sending back any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include custom-made products, clearance items, damaged goods caused by misuse, and gift cards.

To request a return, email serve@rockartfurnishings.store with your order number, photos, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, to the original payment method only. Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, check your payment account and contact your card provider, then reach out to us if unresolved.

6. Privacy Policy
We collect customer information such as name, email, address, and payment details solely to process orders and provide service. All payments are handled through secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never share or sell your information to third parties except for logistics and payment purposes. You may request deletion or correction of your data by contacting us at serve@rockartfurnishings.store.

8. Limitation of Liability
RockArt Furnishings INC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, shipping delays, or third-party errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product involved.
